great location but needs maintenance
The amenities were excellent, especially the pool area which was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated how accommodating the staff was when I had requests. The proximity to the balloon festival was a big advantage, great to enjoy the event easily.
The hotel itself needs significant maintenance as some areas appeared neglected.

the rooms were well-maintained and reasonably large with required things, like a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. there was exceptionally comfortable bed & a big bathroom. the location was particularly good and magnificent, around 10-15 minutes walk from gruet winery. the hotel was placed 12 miles away from the airport.

Check-in smooth, thanks to the friendly staff. Judy made a great impression. The pool area was clean and provided a nice place for the kids to relax after a day out. The DOVE amenities in the bathroom felt luxurious. We faced a few issues . The toilet ran for two days, and it wasn't addressed. The breakfast selection ran out quickly, so getting there early is crucial. Noise from the lobby area at night affected our sleep with loud talking and laughter.

The hotel rooms were brand-new and updated with bathroom, a king size bed and a sofa. It had good and perfect location, very close to Albuquerque for a night, and Santa Fe.

The breakfast was good and the front desk staff was friendly.
Reserved king and when we got there at 12:30am we received two queens. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair on the towels and in the tub as well as on the floor. The nightstand and desk in room was dirty and the bottom sheet on one of the beds was dirty.

We really enjoyed how close the hotel was to the balloon festival park. The staff were great too ensure we had a comfortable stay, especially the friendliest member, Judy. The amenities, particularly the pool area, were fun and well-maintained, perfect for family activities.
Our only concern was the noise from the lobby area, hard for the kids to sleep.

It was easy, clean, and the staff was excellent.
The pillows were not at all comfortable. You lay on them and your head immediately sinks to the mattress with the rest of it puffed up around your head.

The staff was really good, particularly Michael at the front desk, who was cute and helpful throughout our stay.
The parking lot was inadequate during peak hours, forcing us to park at a nearby gas station which felt less secure.

I liked how nice and roomy the rooms were. I liked the cleanness and neatness or the room. I loved the complete and fresh breakfast buffet. The bed was comfy and the staff was friendly and very helpful. And they changed the bed and provided fresh towels every morning.
I didn't like the wifi service most days I couldn't stay connected for very long.
